How the money works
When staff approve your request we place a hold on your card for the full value of the instrument you borrow. You are not charged while the instrument is with you — the hold simply sits on your card for the length of the trial.
Send it back and we inspect it on arrival; assuming there are no issues we release the hold in full. Decide to keep it and the hold becomes your purchase, at that same price. Outbound shipping is on us either way.
