1. The Service
A&R Guru, operated by Ames & Associates, is a band-management platform: song libraries, voting, setlists, events, bookings, and fan engagement. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms.
2. Your Account
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old.
- You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@ar-guru.com.
3. Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you post (band profiles, setlists, photos, etc.). You grant us the license needed to host and display that content as part of operating the service. Do not post content you do not have the right to share, and do not use the platform for unlawful, abusive, or spam activity.
4. Notifications & SMS
Email and SMS notifications are optional. SMS messages are sent only with your explicit consent and you may opt out at any time — see our SMS Messaging Policy and Privacy Policy.
5. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ames & Associates is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
