Instrument Tuner

Pick your instrument, then either tune it with the microphone or listen to each string's reference pitch. Everything happens inside your browser — no audio is uploaded anywhere.

Step 1 — Choose your instrument

Press Start, then play one string at a time. The tuner snaps to the closest string on your Bass Guitar and tells you whether it is sharp or flat, in cents. Works with any speakers — it listens rather than plays.

Listening paused. A reference tone is playing, and the microphone would hear the speaker instead of your instrument. Stop the tone to carry on tuning.
