Michael McDonald

Michael McDonald is a keyboardist and vocalist who joined the Doobie Brothers in 1975, dramatically transforming the band's sound with his soulful blue-eyed R&B approach. He penned the Grammy-winning "What a Fool Believes" and "Minute by Minute." After leaving the Doobies in 1982, he had a successful solo career and has since rejoined the band as a touring and recording member.
